All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

  • Quality check
  • Packaging
  • Dispatch to courier partner

Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

 

2. Delivery Timeframe

Estimated delivery time:

India: 5–8 Business Days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Customer location
  • Courier service availability
  • Weather or logistics disruptions

We strive to deliver within the estimated window but do not guarantee exact delivery dates.

 

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping may be offered on select products or promotions
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout

 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • Tracking details will be shared via Email/SMS/WhatsApp
  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate

 

5. Multiple Warehouse Shipping (Dropshipping Clause)

As we operate through multiple fulfillment centers:

  • Products may ship from different warehouses
  • Packaging may vary from product images
  • Branding on packaging may differ

This does not affect product authenticity or quality.

 

6. Delivery Delays

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier disruptions
  • Natural events
  • Remote area logistics

NexAura is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners.

 

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Unreachable phone number
  • Customer unavailable

Reshipping charges may apply.

 

8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders:

  • Please ensure availability at delivery address
  • Refusal to accept COD orders may result in restriction on future COD purchases

 

9. Damaged Package at Delivery

If the outer package appears damaged:

  • Record an unboxing video
  • Report within 48 hours
  • Share photos/videos with support
