Refund policy

At NexAura, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged during delivery
  • The product received is defective or not working
  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused and in original packaging
  • An unboxing video is mandatory as proof (without cuts or edits)

 

2. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor color variation (due to lighting/screen differences)
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Refusal to accept COD order
  • Used or damaged product after delivery

 

 

 

 

3. Refund Policy

 

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be made via bank transfer or UPI

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

 

 

 


4. Replacement Policy

If your product is defective or damaged:

  • We will arrange a replacement (subject to availability)
  • In case replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

For COD orders, refusal at delivery may lead to restrictions on future orders.
